Écart takes majority stake in Escrow4all

The Hague / Amsterdam, October 7, 2021 – Écart and Escrow4all announce today that Écart has acquired a majority stake in Escrow4all, a specialist in continuity arrangements for mission-critical SaaS applications, source code escrow and verification services. The current management of the company will remain a shareholder.

Escrow4all is an ISO 27001 certified Dutch escrow provider. The company started in 2009 and has a focus team of experienced escrow experts. Escrow4all’s solutions support SaaS providers and software makers in meeting their customers’ continuity issues; escrow is a popular discipline within the IT risk, governance & compliance domain. For end users of business-critical software applications, Escrow4all reduces the consequences of the sudden loss of the maker, for example due to insolvency.
