Price index 2022

Escrow4all has in accordance with articles in the escrow contract adjusted the 2023 Annual Escrow Fee based on the general price index (CBS StatLine – Consumer prices; price index 2015=100) as published by the Dutch Central Statistical Office (CBS).
The following calculation has been used:

| 2022 June | 8,6% |
| 2022 July | 10,3% |
| 2022 August | 12,0% |
| 2022 September | 14,5% |
| 2022 October | 14,3% |
| 2022 November | 9,9% |
| 2022 December | 9,6% |
| Average | 10,0% |
The Dutch Central Statistical Office (CBS) has set the CPI index for the whole of 2022 at 10.0%. Please see announcement from CBS.
However, Escrow4all has chosen to apply a lower percentage of 9.0%.
